Fighters are very situational. They can only attack air units, but they are damn well efficient at what they do, one hit destroying every air unit except their own and stealths (though stealths end up with 1 to 2 HP). These units cover the largest ratio of attack in the game. Use them only when big air units are in to play, or when there is a massive copter spam by your opponent, though, even then, a bunch of AAs would do the job better.

Ideal Targets/TacticsEdit

  • Combat Air Patrol/Fighter Sweep/Interception: Air units, particularly helicopters.
  • Deep Strikes with Carriers or with nearby APCs.

Hard CountersEdit

  • Any anti-air unit.
